4) Data Deletion InstructionsParents/guardians may request deletion of their account data and their child’s data.In-app deletion (recommended)
When available in the App, parents can:
- Delete a shared worry
- Delete a child profile
- Delete the parent account
Request deletion by email
If you cannot delete data in the App or need help, email us at:
- [email protected]
Include:
- The email address associated with your parent account
- The child profile name(s) (if applicable)
- What you want deleted (account, child profile, shared worries, or all data)
What happens after you request deletion
- We’ll verify the request for safety.
- We’ll delete or de-identify data associated with the account, subject to legal/security retention needs.
On-device data
Worry text and drawings stored only on the device can be removed by:
- Deleting the worries inside the App (if supported), and/or
- Uninstalling the App from the device
